The short version
- The planner keeps everything on your device. We never receive, see or store your tasks.
- No accounts, no sign-up, no cookies, no analytics, no ads, no tracking.
- We don’t sell or share personal information.
- The website loads nothing from other companies. Fonts, images and video all come from our own site.
The planner
Everything you put into the planner (tasks, routines, energy check-ins, notes and wins) is saved in your browser’s storage on that device only. It is never sent to EJA Elevated or anyone else, and there is no account. That means we can’t see it, and we also can’t recover it for you, so use Back up now and then.
The planner also saves a few settings on your device so it works smoothly, such as when you first opened it, when you last backed up, and whether you dismissed a tip. To show the right install steps, it checks what kind of browser you’re using. That check happens on your device; nothing is sent.
For offline use, your browser keeps a copy of the planner’s own files (not your data) on your device.
Backups
When you tap Back up now, the planner creates a file on your device and hands it to you. You choose where it goes (Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, email). Wherever you save it, that service’s privacy policy applies. We never receive a copy.
Deleting your data
- Tasks: in the planner, open Settings (the gear) and choose Erase all tasks on this device.
- Everything: delete the app from your home screen, or clear this website’s data in your browser settings.
- Backups: delete the backup files wherever you saved them.
Access keys (not in use yet)
The planner is currently open to everyone without a key. If we switch on access keys later (for example, for Founding Members), we’ll update this page first. Here’s how they would work. The key you enter is sent to our store provider (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad) to check that it’s valid, along with a short device label such as “iPhone · 11/2/2026”. The key is then remembered on your device. Your tasks are never sent. When you claim or buy a key, the store collects your email address and payment details under its own privacy policy, and shares your name and email with us so we can support you.
EJA Finds and links to other sites
Links to Whatnot and Instagram take you to those services, and nothing from them loads on our pages until you click. Anything you do there, including buying from EJA Finds, is handled under their own privacy policies. When you buy from us on Whatnot, Whatnot shares what we need to ship your order (like your name and shipping address), and we use it only for that.
When you contact us
If you message us on Instagram or Whatnot, or email us, we receive your message and the name or address you send it from. We use that only to reply, and those services handle the message under their own policies.
Website hosting
This site is hosted by Netlify. Like every web host, Netlify processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and keep them secure. We don’t add cookies, analytics or advertising tools.
Children
This site and the planner are meant for adults and are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If anything here changes, for example if we add optional accounts so your planner can sync between devices, we’ll update this page before the change goes live.
